Cissie Rodriguez

Cissie Rodriguez is our Clinical Supervisor. She enjoys working with kids and appreciates the positive impact creating new smiles has on young people. She is originally from Manchester, New Hampshire, and moved to the Tampa Bay area as a teen. She has been in the dental field for 18 years, most as an orthodontic assistant. She has worked with Dr. Seymour for 10 years. She has been happily married to her husband Eddie for 21 years. She has a daughter, Sasha, 20, and a son Eddie Jr., 14. She enjoys scuba diving, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.

Richele Rand Green

Richele Rand Green is our Patient Relations Coordinator. She enjoys working with and educating people and is always happy to assist you with questions or concerns regarding orthodontic treatment. She has been working in the dental field for the past 15 years and has 6 years of orthodontic experience. Richele is originally from Kansas City, Missouri and has lived in Florida since 2003. She completed her Associates degree in Business Management with Colorado Technical University in 2009, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She completed her Bachelors degree in Business Administration Summa Cum Laude at Hodges University in December 2011. She has been married to her husband, Chad, for 15 years, and they have a 3 year old Golden Retriever named Summer, and a kitten named Monroe. She enjoys spending her free time at the beach, boating, and traveling. Richele follows a strict regime of yoga, pilates and strength building, and leads a health-centered lifestyle.
